SI code unvalaible?

I just discovered there is a SI code for my phone.

The problem is, i cannot have the promotion for headphone because of this SI code is unvailable and i dont understand why and how...

COuld you please explain me what is this code and why some are not functionnal for promotion please?

What is an SI code? The wireless headset with the offer was included in the pack from the shop (as well as the usual wired set) so I think you may need to go back to the shop and ask them to replace your pack if yours was not included.
