My Xperia 10 plus lost sound and sim after firmware update

I recently purchased Xperia 10 Plus l4293. Right after I receive it, I configured it and upgraded software (firmware) by OTA.

I noticed that it doesn't play any music (when I start playing music, there's no sound, and all the playlist goes through to the end quickly). It doesn't have any sound like clicking keyboard, choosing ringtone etc.

Moreover, I put few simcards in the sim tray but it doesn't recognize it (shows "no sim").

Current software version is 53.0.A.6.88, which seems the latest.

My new phone is now totally useless!!

Can anybody help?

There's a new update ending in .96 maybe you should check it out. The .88 have a lot of issues as well as the unresponsive touch for almost every 10+ users. Also, do not upgrade via OTA, it is still better via Companion
