When your hand is holding the top of the phone, you will find that your wifi signal will gradually weaken to one space, and will resume after releasing your hand.

After many experiments, I found that as long as you use the right hand to hold the side near the camera when your phone is horizontal, you will not block the signal.

I can only replicate this by covering the top strip of the body completely, if I covered an antenna completely, I'd expect some significant signal loss.

But, you know, if you are a mobile moba player, this problem is almost fatal. And so on it can affect all connected games that require both hands to hold.

I can confirm that this happens to me too, when I cover the top left corner of the phone. The wifi loses 1 bar each time

I also have WiFi issues. Even with 4 bars and my phone saying signal is excellent I am still having issues with Google searches timing out, Youtube videos in any resolution buffering. Netflix buffers too but not as often. BBC news app click on a story and 70% of the time I just get loading text lines which never load. Everything is fine using 4g. My old Xz Premium has no such issues. Would like to know if anyone is having a similar issue?
