Hi,
Myself also facing this same problem for more than two days in airtel network. Customer care also not giving proper solutions.I don't know what i do.
Can u help me,how to resolve this problem.

I finally found the problem. The night before I had set my phone to 4G only in settings.
It must be set to 3G and or 4G.
You can now make phone calls

thanks. I had same problem and change mobile network setting (4G(preferred)/3G/2G) , and I can make call again

change ur phone setting by dialing *#*#4636#*#* select your preferred network
