I received a "saved to the clipboard" reply from the booking.com app when I saved a confirmation to "view offline". Not finding a clipboard or downloaded docs and after reading the answers here, I re-opened the app offline and was able to access the booking confirmation that was "saved to the clipboard" by simply tapping on the "view confirmation" button.
