My Z4 tablet just one day decided to turn off mid use, with no obvious reason.
I turned it back on and now it just boots up to the sony xeperia screen (white) which happens when you first turn it on and then the screen goes black and the charging light (red/orange/green) flashes red 4x and then it tries to boot again back to the white start screen then off 4 red light blinks. No changes continually looping.
It appears to hold a charge absolutely fine. I managed to charge it over night using an offical charger and it sat looping for over 7 hours till it died and then I recharged it and did it again.
I've tried all variations of power + up, power + down, power plus up & down and finally the small button inside next to the sd card slot. I also do not have an SD in my tablet at this time.
I have also used the PC xperia companion and tried to software reinstall to no effect.
What does this mean? whats wrong with it and how do I fix it?
