Smartphone exchange/upgrade program

Apologies for writing in English, I am still learning Dutch.

Does sony or partners offer mobile upgrade program? I have sony Xperia iii, and I am pretty happy with it, but I want to upgrade to sony Xperia v.

you are writing in Italian Community so English or Dutch is quite similar for us ;)))

I don't think there is something like you ask (at least in Italy) but ask also in English Community or German one:
