Sony Music Center for PC 2.2.1
Hi Everyone,
Anyone having issues with cover art not being transferred during transfer of mp3 audio files to a Sony Walkman (NWZ-E380 Series).
There were no transfer issues with version 1.x transferring both audio file and cover art.
The cover art are genuine jpeg file format, tried checking all the settings but cannot find anything related to this problem.
Could this be a bug within the application (there is plenty of storage space available)

Hi Win_88
Thank you for your prompt response to my query.
The mp3 files imported into Sony Music Center already have the cover art images so there is no need to import the images of the selected file.
I have tried deleting a cover art jpeg image from a selected song and reimporting the jpeg image manually but at no point does the option to register the image is made available
Kind regards

You can also check if the artwork is saved as "Progressive" or not. If it is, you can try disabling that when saving the artwork, but if it's not you may be dealing with an outright corrupted artwork, so it's a good idea to try a different one just to be sure. Hope this helps.
