It worked for a few seconds when i got it, and then just went dark, im sitting in a well-lit room, ive tried a system restore and also resetting to factory settings and neither of these have worked, i looked for through the device manager, and it says there isnt any, then looking through the sony website and its saying my model number doesnt exist, please help
