sony 65 inch 3d tv, narrater cant turn off

hi,  recently bought a great sony tv but the narrater cane on on netflix and i cant turn it off,  i have checked every option on the seettings but no luck.

Hi there

There has been a few reports of this - since yesterday afternoon.  I have just had a live chat with Netflix and they suggested turning off "Talkback" in the TV settings.  Can you give this a go - in my testing it didnt work.  But you may have more luck.

Settings > Accessibility > Services > Talkback > Turn it Off.

hi,  quick update,   i just checked the tv settings and talkback is already turned off.

hi,  i turned netflix on today and there is no narrater,  so for now at least the problem has gone.  thanks for everybodys help.   mick.
