KDL-40R453C Bravia TV Can't connect to internet.

Hi All.

I have a KDL-40R453C Bravia TV that I can't connect to the internet. I'm using a cable from the router. The TV says that the cable is fine but there doesn't seem to be anything in the 'set-up' menu, to enable me to get the set up done.

Any ideas?
