How do I calibrate a Bravia TV using a Blue-Ray calibration disc

I have purchased a Spears and Munsel Blue-Ray calibration disc but I cannot work out how to display the patterns from the disc and access the picture setup menu on the TV so that I can adjust brightness, contrast etc and then move on to the next pattern. I have the Sony BDP-S370 Blue-ray player and Sony KDL-40EX503.

Using the TV remote, press Home>Settings>Display>Picture and you can tweak everything there...
