The built in opera browser says "you tried to access the address http://rd1.sony.net/tv1/ which is currently unavailable." I've done a factory reset and have the latest firmware. http://rd1.sony.net/tv1/ redirects to sony.net on my laptop.

Have you tried Sony Support?
I wouldn’t be surprised if your 2012 model TV is no longer supported, but you never know.
