I just bought a Sony KDL 40EX 401. Seems to be great, a part from one issue...
When trying to play some AVI movies from USB, the sound is cut or almost absent!
I would suspect an incompatible format, but the video is playing well and I can sometimes hear even 2-3 seconds of the soundtrack... then again some ripped pieces and again half of a sentence in a dialog... If it was just a codec/format issue, I wouldn't here anything at all, right?
