if you read here then certification is the last step and SE has applied for ARC and NEO certification so may be ICS will soon out for these two

Looks like the new XPERIA will launch with 2.3.5 and then qucikly updated to 4.0.x shortly together with all the 2011 XPERIAs

So we will get some update in Jan which may not be ICS. But ICS will be coming somewhere in March definitely.:smileywink:
