Not have CRT off animation

hello everyone,i have Xperia Arc with 2.3.3 firmware version build number 3.0.1.A.0.145,no root and all official from SE without any mods,

i have problem that i'm not having CRT off animation/screen lock animation like this:

but my phone only off without animation like this:

i love those CRT animation but strangely my phone not having it,already reflashed my phone with SEUS but no luck,

can somebody help me??

the CRT animation was with the second 2.3.3 update, you have the first 2.3.3 update

and the CRT animation it's gone with 2.3.4 update

wow,thanks for ur answer uli wooly,so if i want to get that CRT animation i must flash my phone to build number 4.0.A.2.368??

but it's not official firmware that SE has previously rolled out?

yes its in 4.0 x

but se removed this in 2.3.4 android version update ;-( whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.......

Well only SE knows. Personally, I do not really care. I actually do not mind the current way the screen turns off. :-))

oh i also dont mind but it was rather cool than this fadi in and fade out..

thats all me and others are saying 😉 =D

i've got used to this animation so no probz 😉

Please add an option to turn the CRT Animation or just make it the default sleep animation. Thanks!
