My neo has stopped adding images on music

Recently since I have been adding new music on to my Neo the image files have not been showing up. However if I move the files back to a PC the image shows up. Does anyone have a clue what I might be doing wrong? I am adding the files as MP3s and synching them thorugh Windows Media. Have also tried just copying the files.

http://mediago.sony.com/enu/introduction/ Try using Media Go (MG) to re-transfer these files/albums from PC to phone.If the album art is not showing up in MG, right-click on the music file/album and select--Get Album art.Then right-click again--Add to--Memory card.

Thanks Dr Chris for this, but I am afraid no joy. The image now appears in Media Go under the Xperia Neo which is an adavantage. However on the actual phone there is still no image!

help! my neo can't vew any file in my gallery yesterday it was fine but when i tried it today i can't view any picture in my gallery
