on every time I connect my phone to my PC, why does the screen keep on opening some applications. I have known that when every time my usb cable connects or even touches my phones usb port it starts to do something. and besides that i can't touch the screen. how can I solve this problem? and do I need to bring it to SE?

if the update also doesn't helps , get it checked by a service centre near you..

oh i nearly forgot. and when I sometimes touch my phone even it is connected to my computer and it is on a flat surface (not holding the phone i'm just only touching the phones screen when its on a flat surface table) the same problem occurs.

well the problem can be your computer

i had the same issue , but checking on other computer i got to know that my pc was the culprit..

so just try to connect with a different computer..

check with 2 more computers just to be sure...

if it behaves the same...

update your phone with this..

this is an official sony software so don't worry..

and if it says your phone is up-to-date click on install anyway..

this will delete all the phone's data so backup all your files first..

how to backup..!!

download any one of the file on your computer . ( if you download this directly on your phone , it will be easy , if not then download on your computer )
