Every phone I've had in my life, when recieving a call, turns its screen on if its in sleep mode, or interrupts whatever app you're looking at to let you know who's calling and to give you the opportunity to answer. My L1 doesn't do this ever. I have to swipe down from the top, tap the notification and then select answer, by which time the Caller may well have given up!
It is not in "do not disturb" mode, the ring volume is fine, it just won't turn the screen on or interrupt what I'm doing when a call comes in. Please help.
