Sony UBP-X800M2 won't read BD-R disks

I have hundreds of BD-R disks that I made on a Panasonic Bluray burner/player.  They work in the Panasonic and on my PC but not on the X800M2.  The M2 manual says it should read BD-R.  My disks are clean and finalised.

Maybe the problem is the version of BD-R? X800M2 is compatible only with Version 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 of Blu-ray Disc Recordable...
