Hi, why do my rear Bluetooth speaker keep going on and off? While watching a film

Hi @us6atf811264703   Are you talking about the SA-Z9R speakers? If so they 5 GHz wireless, not Bluetooth.

If not, what is the make and model of Bluetooth speaker?

          Yes they are the Z9R rear speakers and yes they are wireless my mistake not Bluetooth.

sometimes not always the sound from them seems to go off for a few seconds then comes back on.

Hi, just an update to the rear speakers sound dropping,

    I have changed the RF Channel setting to OFF as a pose to ON, at the moment this seems to have solved the issue.
