HT-SF200 - Soundbar Regularly Cuts Out

Hi, my HT-SF200 Sound bar cuts out every hour or soand I have to switch it back on... I note that there is a Firmware upgrade (1.12)  but for some reason (I am using a FAT32 USB stick) the Firmware won't install. Any help appreciated!
