i have a sony account where I registered my new camera (Its not the same Im using right now to post), but when i try to login to redeem my cashback, I cannot access it, i am getting back to the logging website. However, if i use this account, it works. Does anyone know a solution? I emptied my cache, used different browsers, incognito modus, different devices but nothing works.
