Awaiting refund for over 4 weeks - help

Hello,

are there any Mods who can assist. 

I have been told I am getting a refund for a second pair of earbuds and I have accepted the offer but after 4 weeks I still am waiting. 

I have chased this myself but have been told to be patient and eventually told to stop emailing as each time I do it takes my case out of the queue and puts me at the bottom. 

Any help in how to progress this situation would help.
