Playmemories mobile bluetooth location tag don't sync

When using PlayMemories mobile location tag after upgrade to Android 9, my phone Sony XZ1 Compact doesn't recognise the the camera after it has been restarted, when the phone has a black screen. I have to touch the power Button on the phone, then bluetooth contact gets back.
