I have a KD55AG9BU coupled to a Bose Soundbar 700 which were set up by the supplying dealer about 2 months ago.
I am really please with the picture quality and the sound but do seem to be suffering some several teething problems including :-
The TV keeps saying that it is disconnecting from the internet and a few minutes later reconnecting which I know is featured in another thread. The TV is about 6 metres from a BT router and I have now installed a BT extender which is immediately behind the TV. This gives 100% signal which the TV says is 'Excellent'.
I am a regular user of You Tube and to a lesser extent Spotify. As of yesterday I could get into You Tube and select a video but there is no sound and it won't play at all although I can go through the index and select other videos none of which play.
Spotify is playing through the track without sound. I have made no changes since both of these features were working perfectly.
I thought that I would try this forum but is there a UK based Sony Technical Support Dept.?

Do you have the latest software version installed on your TV? I believe the thread you're referring to was for issues with an old version that were fixed in an update later on.
