I had already tried all the solutions in the recommended article. Already becomes a bit frustrating, as long as absolutely any other device connects to 5g, including a smart tv samsung, regardless of the distance to the router. At one point, the sound completely disappeared, but it resolved with power reset.
A power line system is not efficient in my case, due to quite somewhat branched electric paths. A test led to a significant loss of speed.
The only solution is to mount a switch from which to connect sony tv and nvidia shield (there is only one internet cable pulled in the area).
The Android system on TV Sony seems to be a disaster at the moment (it does not compare to the Android on the nvidia shield).
