The TV would turn on but not boot up. We could see it had power to it, but nothing was on the screen. We have tried to run a factory reset, pressing the power on button and volume down button, then plugging in the TV plug. After 30 attempts, we have only achieved the required green light 3 times - which is part of the process. On those three occasions we have then seen a white circle on the screen. The word erase does not show, and then it reverts back to the restart loop that shows the four icons circling. We cannot get any further. Can anyone give us any guidance or tell us what is wrong or broken? Is there anything else we can try before we call an engineer out?
