DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT AT SONY AS SONY SUPPORT HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING WITH MY TV IE THAT THE ETHERNET IS DISCONNECTED HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TV YET THIS ONLY STARTED AFTER THE OREO UPDATE THEY SAY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO SOLVE  IT AND THEY HAVE CLOSED THE CASE I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM I EVEN SENT THEM PHOTOS BUT THEY STILL DENY THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE TV I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SOY PRODUCT AGAIN

i have the same issue , although they haven’t closed it off yet.

You will see the ext naive debugging i’ve done as well and their answer

 

im in Uk with 5 year john lewis warranty, so in 10 days they will be my next port of call.

 

so obvious it’s update related, if only we could roll back via USB install

you are wasting your time going to sony support as they are not interested as they keep saying it is not the tv and closed my case
