KD-49XD8305 Sound out of time with picture How to Solve

 Hi,

We have owned a Sony 4k tv for about 1 year now and recently it keeps going out of sync when you are watching a programme ,very irritating. It seems to happen more when watching music .

Anyone know how to resolve. We have looked on You tube and the clips suggest going to settings and sound then av sync but we cant seem to find this.

You could try a simple restart of Android TV by holding down the Power button on the remote control, or a factory reset, but you'll lose all the settings. One of these could solve.
