Hi. I wonder if anyone can help us. We have KD-49X8305X TV with Sky connected. Upgraded to SkyQ in December and all fine until yesterday! TV suddenly switched off and on and has been doing this ever since with only way to stop it is unplugging it from the power socket. When TV switches on we are greeted with the colourful android logo and the says checking for updates. If TV stays on long enough it starts the prompting with taking you through what I assume is the google update screens but inevitably the tv switches off before we’ve even answered four of the questions. We cannot get into the home screen or anything with the remote. Neither of us are very technically minded so are a bit stuck! Does anyone have s as big ideas? Thank you
