Returned My Mint A6000 12 weeks old for a software fault ( screen flashing a message) otherwise working perfectly now im being told Its Damage, Absolute disgrace, the camera is MINT & new and i was holding and pointing it when it went wrong. and to make matters worse i have to accept the repairs and cost within 14 days or they charge ME that has to be against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. it's absolutely disgusting - i would never have expected a Company like sony to act in such a threatening way to a new customer. -
