Waiting for cashback

I have had my cashback approved and was advised that this would be paid within 5 days. It’s now approaching 10 days since my confirmation and I still have not received my cashback. Sony, why are customers having this problem?

may I ask where you were advised that the cashback will be paid in 5 days?

From what I remember the payment of the cashback usually takes three to four weeks.

Hi,

It was an email I received from Sony, with my claim reference.

"We are processing the payment of your cashback – it should reach your bank account within 5 working days. 

The payment will come from Link Network or WorldPay. "

Hello @Mashru01,

did you double check your bank account? Maybe you missed the payment.

If not i will escalate your issue to the support so they can check where your money got "stuck".
