LiveView ON with Flash attached

Please Sony,

make an option to have Live View ON when attaching a flash, not the simulated mode that are here now. This is the only MAJOR flaw with the Sony A7iii cameras when shooting in mixed ambient/flash environemnts.

Details:

When attaching a Sony certified flash, Live View will stay ON but it turns into a simulation mode. Photographers around the world want to be able to set the Ambient Exposure as in Live View mode when no fash is attached, to see the exposure in the EVF and on the monitor. The simulation mode will not allow EV below 0 in the EVF or on the back screen.

Where can I feed this information into the Sony development team?

BR, Fredrik

There are.workarounds but non is good enough for speed or accuracy

1/ turn off the flash or trigger to set the ambient exposure

2/ turn off "wireless flash" setting and set the ambient exposure

3/ Set a custom key to "Shot Result Preview". When pushed Live View will display correct ambient exposrue but it is not handy to work with AND the Histogram is disabled so it is uslesss.

Please give us an option to leave the Live View Display ON when attaching a flash, that will not turn it in to this Simulation mode. In the simulation mode EV under 0 will not be displayed in the EVF or on the back of the screen.
