I bought my Sony A7 last month and I’ve waited the 30 days before I could claim the £150 cash back. I’ve submitted the claim today and received the email with the claim number. When I click on the link to track the status it says the campaign has ended but it’s supposed to be until March 2019?

I purchased a Sony Alpha 7R111 and a 16-35mm G lens in October and waited the qualifying 28 days before submitting a claim for cashback, i am on my fourth refusal from sony as to why they do'nt want to give me the cashback. Initially the fault was mine for not using the correct code, once i had corrected that and sent it back another email back to me asking for a VAT receipt. (i am retired),then another email stating that the lens serial number was illegible, even though I could read it perfectly on my screen. Fed up with it now and begining to wish i'd spent my money on the new nikon instead. I have to say that the sony camera and lens are great,will enjoy usig them even more once sony give me my cashback.
Have a similar problem when claiming for a camcorder bought in November. Tried to claim but it was refused because less than 30 days. Now all I get is "oops something wrong" , "service temporarily unavailable".
Have raised a support call but no response as yet, maybe they still on holiday.
If no response next week will log again.
