autofocus override a7iii

Hiya,

I'm having trouble with focus on a particular set up where there are more than one person in the shot but where I only want one to be in focus, I need to be able to choose the focus of that particular person, how do I override the general focus setting, what do I need to set up.  Is it something to do with AF microadjust?
