A6000 App Payments

Hi,

I've had the a6000 a couple of months now & found an online tutorial about an app (Smooth Reflections), which looked awesome.

I clicked on the app in camera I wanted, which told me to register with PlayMemories (which I did). It then told me I need to register a card or paymentsto buy the apps. I clicked on my email, which took me to Sony, where I could add funds to my Wallet. I did that (£5 added) but it's not come up in the wallet area for me to redeem the code to access the app. I have received an email to inform I've paid £5, but it's just vanished. When I phoned them up, I was past from pillar to post & back again, with no answers. So now I'm down £5 & still not got the app I wanted

Could someone on here please help me?
