Hi,
I bought a Sony 70-200mm F4 lens from Camera Centre UK and I wanted it fast so went to the store to pick one up.
On arrival, the store only had a shop soiled lens to offer me, so i agreed, the store charged me full price the same price as a new copy, ok, I just needed the lens that day.
I get to my location to shoot, open the lens up and darn it NO Lens HOOD,
I phone Camera Centre UK who don't have a Hood, so you guessed it Camera Centre UK will speak to SONY!
How long should i wait ?
Whats is a reasonable time?
Do you think the store should have been more helpful and honest?
The store probably knew there was a hood missing?
Just looking for some thoughts.
