Have had new phone contract for 2months I have Xperia 10ii and the volume keeps disappearing or if texting the sound quality is really bad it's as if someone is turning the volume on the keys down is there anything I can do to resolve the issue thanks for your help am new to the form so would appreciate any help thanks towbox 649
How and when does the sound disappear, in phone calls or media playback and if at random times, does it affect all Audio? and shoot the diagnostic tests in the Support app to see if it fails.
If you are playing music while texting and you don't set it to vibrate then whenever you get a text notification and/or any other notification the sound will decrease for a second or so
