In order to show your phone number to the recipient during outgoing calls, Find and open the Phone-app > Tap the three dots in the top right corner > Tap Settings > Tap Calls (Single SIM) or Calling accounts followed by tapping the name of your service provider (Dual SIM) > Tap Additional settings > Caller ID > Mark the option named "Show number".
