Faulty software

My Sony Xperia 10 has suddenly just started shutting down by itself.

I have done a software repair on the companion and it still does the same.

As soon as you switch it on it just goes to the Xperia logo and than says shutting down

Please assist if you have any advice

In that case charge battery to > 80% and use Xperia Companion again.

If that doesn't work either try the optin that your device cannot be recognized or is a smart watch.

I have done everything shown possible more than once and still no luck and Sony support number does not go through neither do they reply to emails.

I understand you used the Support App to get in touch with Sony?

Normally you should be able to send mail and during opening hours you can chat and phone.

If you can't, call @Jonas for help.

For which country are you trying to contact the support? If you go to the link below and choose the country where you are situated, there is a phone number that you can call, or if you tell me where you are situated, I can provide you with the number.

Based on the troubleshooting you have done on your own, the device will need to be sent in for repairs and since the Local support team will assist you further, you will need to try and get a hold of them.
