digital tuning option on Bravia TV unavailable

I have not been able to retune my TV, when you go to settings and channel set up, I can't get to the option of digital set up (or analogue) as it is not highlighted so the side arrow won't move to to select it. TV is 5 years old and I have been able to retune in the past. Any idea why the channel set up options are not available?

I don't use Parental Controls but if you do is it possible there is a setting there that can disable tuning by others.

If no go to your Settings and look for Initial Set Up or similar and go through the steps, when asked how your TV gets a TV signal choose Aerial and then Digital Auto Tuning, there is no analogue broadcast in the UK.
