We have a Sony&nbsp;KDL-32WE613 smart TV, a few days ago Netflix and iPlayer stopped working, they won't load and either screen eventually goes black or Netflix gives the NW-2-5 error. When checking Netflix it can't connect to the Netflix servers, but does find internet connection.
