Hello,

Two questions:

1. I have noticed that I am getting a cluster of dead pixels in the bottom right hand corner of my television. I am under a 5 year warranty (purchased Dec 2017). How do I go about getting this repaired?

2. I am moving to France in the coming months and would like to know what the product name and number is for a a French compatible electrical plug?

Also will all my installed apps still work in France?
