You tube not working

Hello, has anyone got any suggestions as to why our you tube has all of a sudden stopped working. We press you tube button on our sony remote, our you tube home page comes up, we select a video to watch and then nothing, just a black screen.

We have KDL-32WE6xx

Our software is up to date

That’s not an Android set, so you may get better, or more, responses by asking under Other TVs.
