I have a Sony Bravia KDL32V400 and I have a dvd recorder connected. When I am using the recorder I get three symbols in the top left corner of the TV screen. One is the port identification, one is the speed the recorder records at and the other I'm not sure of. Does anyone know how to get rid of these symbols.

Many thanks for replying to my query. I am not sure if I am able to do this on my TV as it is 11 years old but I will look into it.
