How to get keyboard on Sony tv KD-55XE7002

Hi does anyone know how bring up the keyboard on a Sony tv KD-55XE7002? I can’t get mine working and I’ve reset the tv twice. Also does anyone know how to switch the internet from wired connection to wireless connection?
