Really struggling o figuring out the best way to get disney on my non android tv?

I cant figure out and need help in understanding the options... chrome/cast/wps/keys/usb?!!

Ive just bought a 32 inch Bravia KDL-32WD756 non Android and it doesn't seem possible to get Disney+ without buying a Friestick or equivalent....not great really. any advice ??
