dear sony,, i was wondering why i get no updates on my sony tv,, i need too know if i can get updates or something too get the most out of this tv, ave had this tv for nearly 3 yrs, its never updated . i get some apps but not facebook, the apps are not that good if am honest, is there anything you can please do for me?

A new firmware update was released on 21-03-2017 (version 3.004).

It may still be available automatically - see instructions HERE

If not,you can manually download this update to USB and install it via: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs/kdl-60w855b#downloads

If might be worth checking your TV settings to see if you have automatic updates switched ON.
