TV stuttering/locking up, Mythical USB Device message

I am having problems with my TV in that it is intermitently locking up when selecting menu items.

It is intermittently stuttering during playback from my wifi network media server and from my Scart connected DVR.It also intermittently displays 'This USB device is unsupported" even though there is no USB device connevcted

Hi there

The first two steps in the troubleshooting process is:

Ensure that you have the latest firmware installed for your TV
Factory reset the TV.

If this doesnt fix your issue, please reply back with the model of your TV.
